1. Return Window
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. After 15 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
 

2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

We only accept returns and provide refunds under the following two conditions:

Damaged Product: The item arrived broken, torn, or physically compromised.

Mismatch Product: The item received is significantly different from what you ordered (wrong size or wrong item).

Note: We do not accept returns for "change of mind" or if the customer no longer wants the item.

3. Shipping Costs for Returns
While we provide Free Shipping on your initial purchase, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refunds
